As you probably have noticed I haven’t been very active on the blog lately. Partly it’s because I’ve been busy with other things than the car (work mostly) but also that I haven’t had the inspiration needed to write the posts.
So, to make it a bit easier on myself to get stuff out I’ve decided to start an Instagram account and post my pictures there instead. If you’ve enjoyed the blog so far I suggest you follow me there as I aim to stay the course and post only 911 SC stuff – driving it as well as wrenching it!
Today I’m at the Solvalla sports car festival with a group of other Porsche enthusiasts. There are a lot of brand clubs here as well and there will also be touring car racing.
Last weekend I drove north to Borlänge to visit a friend who has spent the summer staying in a house by a lake. The drive up was nice and I was greeted with food and beers when I arrived.
Yesterday I took the slightly bigger go cart to go north of town to drive some rental go carts. Afterwards I couldn’t resist taking the car out on some backroads and let it rip.
The past week I have been in Dalsland, enjoying the last days of vacation. I drove here, of course, but there hasn’t been any driving to talk about. Until today that is.
After dropping of my girlfriend at the train station I had a late lunch at Not Quite cafe in Fengersfors before exploring the vinding roads in the middle of Dalsland. Great stuff as always, although the last part had to go slower as some rain started falling.
Over the weekend I had to move some more stuff so out came the trusty 911 😀
Over the weekend I moved from one apartment to another and although I used movers for the actual move I still needed to get all the boxes to pack in. So out came the roof racks again 🙂
